Back in 1998, a young Mark McLaughlin had an ability and passion for I.T. and wished to put it to good use, aiding local businesses in their continuing endeavours to achieve I.T. solutions that would benefit their own success. UKHosting Limited was born.
Renowned for good quality service even in the early days, Mark started to build an extensive portfolio of clients based solely on word of mouth referrals, a strategy which still plays the most significant role in new business leads to the present day.
On 28th February 2000, with a name change and formal acquisition of local I.T. company Cubit, Mark One Consultants was established.
As a company today, we continue to grow and develop as time & technology progresses. With an ever increasing client base from the widest of business sectors, our reputation for good quality service continues to drive us forward.

Mark One Consultants first became a Microsoft Certified Partner in 2004 after achieving the Networking Infrastructure Solutions competency. In 2009, we achieved Gold Certified Partner status after gaining a further two competencies in Security Solutions and Information Worker Solutions. As of today under the new partner scheme formed in 2011, we now have a total of eleven Microsoft competencies with includes Server Platform, Management & Virtualisation and Midmarket Solution Provider. We now have 5 Microsoft Certified members of staff, with more studying to pass their first exams and achieving this status demonstrates our long-term commitment and in-depth knowledge towards Microsoft products and technologies.
