We are seeking an experienced I.T. professional to join our technical team. This is a varied and exciting role where you will be working on a range of different technical projects as well as providing higher tier support to our extensive client base. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an IT support environment, with preference given to someone who has worked a similar role with a Managed IT support provider. • Data Backup / Disaster recovery.

• Terminal Service, Remote Desktop Services.
• Networking: LAN, TCPIP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, UniFi, Draytek.
• Server Hardware: Dell, HP.
• Microsoft Office Range: 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019.
• Line of business software: (e.g. Sage).
• Mac OS knowledge (desirable but not essential).

In addition, an ideal candidate would require the following:


• A willingness to learn & develop existing skills.

We are the leading supplier of surveying and management software to the Asbestos industry and as such require a support team to provide technical assistance to a large client base. The software consists of multiple products running as Web Applications, Desktop Applications and Mobile Applications on Android and iOS. This is a varied and exciting technical role where you will be required to use problem solving techniques to discover and fix issues. You will also need strong SQL Server knowledge as a lot of the time you will be performing queries on customer databases to both verify and fix data. We are seeking an office administrator to join our team based in Yeovil. The ideal candidate will assist across all departments within the business by answering phone calls, responding to customer queries, arranging office based works, assisting with our company accreditations (such as ISO), arranging company events and assisting the directors with the general running of the business. This role is a pivotal one in our business and requires the ideal candidate to work closely with the management team.

While the core responsibilities each day of answering the phone and emails are a staple of the job, the role is very varied and you will get involved in every area of the business. Full training will be given but good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work and learn new systems & processes is a must.

The ideal candidate will require the following:
