Mark One Consultants are continuing to monitor the latest updates and information regarding the COVID-19 virus.
Overview: We have undertaken extensive measures to ensure the health & safety of our team while keeping operations and services functioning normally. All staff are aware of the seriousness of the situation and will be briefed by the management regarding any further government advice.
Office access: We have restricted access to our offices to all but non-essential access. Visitors to the office will only be allowed within the entrance lobby area. If you have a prearranged meeting with us, we will be in touch to provide details either for a videoconference or arrange an alternative meeting date.
Onsite visits: We have heavily restricted our onsite visits to client premises. We will still perform onsite work but only when every other possible method of support is not possible. Additionally, we will only perform onsite work in an environment that is safe to do so.
Home working: We have assisted our team members to work from home and self-isolate when deemed necessary. This will mean an absolute minimal number of team members will be available in our office. Systems and processes are in place that will allow us to continue supporting our clients as normal.
High call volumes: Please note our IT support help desk has been receiving a higher volume of calls than normal in the recent weeks. We are making every effort to efficiently cater for this high demand.
